Being a parent is filled with a variety of emotions – from wondrous joy to complete frustration. Most parents, at times, feel overwhelmed and confused – not only with their children’s behavior but also with the often contradictory advice in parenting books or from well-meaning friends and family members.

You don’t need to struggle alone. Most of us will seek help when we have difficulty mastering a new skill, or tackling something unfamiliar.   So, too, it makes sense to seek support, encouragement and assistance if/when you are challenged by the behavior of your children.
